Orders are shipped exclusively with Aramex Express across all governorates in Egypt. Payment is always Cash on Delivery (COD). Customers are not allowed to open, test, or inspect the product while the courier is present. If the product received is faulty or incorrect, we will cover all return or exchange shipping fees. If the customer requests a return or exchange for personal reasons (not due to fault), shipping fees will be deducted.

All items are shipped exactly as ordered. Inspection or fitting at the time of delivery is not available. Customers should check the product after receiving it. If a defect is found, please contact our support team immediately at support@nouwaar.com with photos.

Exchanges are available if the item has a defect, wrong size, or wrong color. In such cases, shipping is free of charge. If the customer wishes to exchange the product for another size or color without any defect, a shipping fee of EGP 100 applies.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. If the item is correct but the customer chooses to return it, a return shipping fee of EGP 100 will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are processed through Vodafone Cash or Instapay only.

Returns or exchanges are not available for underwear. Exchanges are allowed for items such as trousers, t-shirts, dresses, and outerwear, provided they are in their original condition (unused, with tags). Shipping fees for remote governorates may be higher than standard rates. International shipping is not available.
